Responsibilites:  

The Assistant Customer Service Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the store team to build sales and achieve sales goals. The Assistant Customer Service & Sales Manager is also responsible for maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual, proper completion and maintenance of all store office functions, and the training of Front End Sales Assistants on customer service procedures and sales office accountability. The Assistant Customer Service and Sales Manager oversees the work of Front End Sales Assistants, Sales Associates, and Service Associates as delegated by the Customer Service and Sales Manager.
