The Hampton Inn Suites is hiring a Guest Services Agent at it's Fairbanks, AK location. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicant must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:
To greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon completion of stay to meet Hampton's high standards of quality. This position requires a professional appearance and attitude and the ability to think quicklyand make decisions that will enhance our guests' experience and the success of the hotel. This position also will require occasional responsibilities of transporting guests to and from the airport and the Alaska Railroad Depot. These tasks are to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
