The Clean Team Associate is responsible for taking excellent care of the “guests”, attending to each guests needs individually, professionally, quickly and with a smile. The Clean Team Associate suggestively sells deserts and promotional items. The individual is responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant during their shift. He/She posses high energy, a sense of urgency, professional appearance, physical stamina, and is a team player
Requirements
- Ability to communicate using the English language
- Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
- Possess a sense of urgency when dealing with needs of the guests
- Ability to multitask
- Takes ownership of job and restaurant
- Must be an outgoing team player that is comfortable selling to the guests
- Activities include, but are not limited to, walking or standing for 6 to 8 hours a day, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 30 pounds, carrying, talking, and sitting
