The Grill Cook is responsible for coordinating and executing the preparation of our guests’ meals, following Fuddruckers specifications and procedures, in a timely manner. The Grill Cook must have extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients and promotions.

- Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
- Be able to withstand the pressures of working in close quarters, standing for hours at a time, working near hot grills and deep fryers
- Must possess excellent guest service and verbal communication skills
- Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
