We are a law firm that offers comprehensive, fully-coordinated debt recovery services to clients in the credit-granting industries.  Our clients are provided with professional portfolio management for commercial and consumer debt, including collections, bankruptcy, litigation and probate services.

Bass & Associates, P.C. mission is to strive to be the leading provider of high quality, comprehensive, customized, single-source debt recovery solutions to clients in the credit-granting industries. 

Responsibilities:

  • Contact debtors counsel at the outset of Chapter 7 filing to determine the intentions of the debtor as to the collateral.
  • Discusses with the debtors the details of the money owed to the client and report any discrepancies tomanagement to relay to client
  • Maintains minimum goal standards
  • Participates in departmental staff meetings and on-going training exercises
  • Assists with all other duties and related special projects, as assigned
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication with all debtors or attorneys
  • Detailed oriented
  • Knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Practices Act
  • Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities
  • Must be a self starter and work independent
  • Professional communicative skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management

Education & Experience

  • High School/GED diploma
  • 1 year of previous bankruptcy experience desired
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet software

Must be able to work 4 -10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday
