Our Store Management positions are responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers through a highly committed, customer-focused store team. We want to give our customers "the gift of time," while assisting them in a fast, friendly, and courteous manner while visiting our stores. This is done through hiring the right team members, thoroughly training and actively leading them. Additionally, this position is responsible for daily store operations to include store profitability, expense and shrink control.

• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays, based on business needs

• Ability to learn and utilize the store’s computer applications
• High School diploma or GED required.
• College, Associate, or Business Degree preferred.
• 5 years prior experience in a position supervising a multi-unit, fast paced business operation and responsible for the profitability of the company.
• Convenience store management experience is a plus.
