ASSISTANT TEAM LEADERS

The Assistant Team Leader assists in training and supervising the team, ensuring quality cleaning and efficiency, and in the implementation and adherence to all policies, procedures, and communications.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assists with training and supervising Team Members and provides input to the Team Leader on their productivity and performance.
• Must meet all qualifications and perform duties and responsibilities of a Team Member (includes cleaning in every home).
• Performs inspections upon completion of cleaning projects.
• Supervises loading of vehicle with supplies and checking for missing or defective equipment. Also responsible for preparation and care of equipment throughout the day.
• Normally is the driver for the team. Drives team to each job site and back to the office, obeying traffic laws.
• Serves as the person in-charge of the team in the absence of the Team Leader.
• Interacts with clients in a positive, professional manner.
