Experienced Fuelers are needed to Fuel and check Fluids on a Fleet of Extensive Diesel Powered Vehicles as well as perform any other tasks as assigned by the shop manager for our client in West Babylon, NY.
CDL Fueler Position Job Description:
• Fuel and check fluids on a Fleet of Diesel Powered Vehicles.
• Other duties may be assigned.
Qualified Candidates For CDL Fueler Position Will Have The Following Education/Experience:
• 3 years of practical experience (or an equivalent combination of related education and experience) is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Vocational/Technician School preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of all tools of trade (including welding equipment, paint equipment, shop machines, and power tools) required.
• Current CDL with air brake certification required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required.
• Trade school, mechanical course, or equivalent highly desired.
Working Conditions:
Shop, office, yard, vehicle environment, may require lifting of 20 to 50 lbs., at least once a day.
