Responsibilities:




  1. Format resumes

  2. Document all meetings and conference calls and post them to the server

  3. Develop documents that give step by step instructions for universally used software and post them to the server for all internal employees to view

  4. Manage phone extensions and  update spreadsheet in server

  5. Create emails for new employees

  6. Manage existing email addresses via Gmail

  7. Send marketing and business card print jobs

  8. Report all work orders for the office

  9. Manage parking passes

  10. Keep track of attendance

  11. Assist accounting as necessary with bookkeeping and Excel work

  12. Check AED (medical kit/supplies) monthly and log onto website

  13. Assist in the setup of internal phone conferences/meetings

  14. Organize Conferences

    1. Marketing material

    2. Promotional giveaways

    3. Client acquisition

    4. Sponsorship coordination

    5. Track expenses



  15. Act as company event planner- taking lead on company event planning

  16. Provide information regarding benefits, time, expenses, processes, etc. to existing staff

  17. Holiday cards

    1. Gather everyone’s list



  18. Client wine distribution

  19. Book travel arrangements as necessary for company officers/employees

  20. Track & order company supplies at the best price point (supplies, coffee, kitchen items, etc.)

  21. Update Sales pipeline

  22. Order wine shipping supplies

  23. Assist I/T in various Ad Hoc projects

  24. Assist recruiting- be familiar with BullHorn, our internal recruitment management system

  25. Enter candidates into BullHorn

  26. Maintain company’s FedEx account

  27. Enter building requests
