Essential functions and responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of quality inspections and multiple cleaning teams
- Telephone, email, and in-person customer service In-home sales of house cleaning services
- Posting of the daily deposits
- Participate in screening prospective employees
- Close the office at the end of the day
- Flexible hours, may need to be available some evenings or weekends
Requirements:
- Business/Admin experience preferred
- Pleasant outgoing personality
- Interpersonal skills with customers and staff
- Computer experience including Word, Excel, the Internet
- Good math skills
- Strong people management skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish very helpful, but not required
- Some college/continuing education preferable
