Food Service Coordinator

The Foodservice Coordinator directly supervises and ensures that schedules of activity and established quality standards are maintained. This includes the coordination of the individual and collective efforts of assigned staff. Foodservice Coordinator also maintain high quality standards in regards to food production and preparation, sanitation, safety and expediency of food items.

Customer service is a major component of this position.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 yrs of age or older
• Ability to work in a food service environment
• Enjoys performing in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Ability to deliver and train excellent customer service
• Food service experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of "serve safe" standards preferred, but not required
• Implement good interpersonal communication skills
• Experience and understanding of inventory control
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a food service environment
