Handyman / General Labor:

Job skills/requirements:

Experience required in handyman and general mainatence projects for interior and exterior of residential clientele.  Tools and truck required.  Additional tools provided by company as needed. Projects will vary from basic light switch replacement to more extensive requests. General Maintanence duties may vary from yard clean up to trash-outs at forclosure properties. 

Positive attitude: Customer service is key when communicating with homeowners.  Pleasant and positive attitude essential.

Trustworthy: Your customers trust you enough to allow you into their home, which is a big deal, so you should always respect their privacy and property. Upon completion of project Handyman is expected to leave job site clean and orderly.

Expected hours: Hours can vary depending on the client, but most projects are scheduled Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm.  Weekend hours are rare but may also be a possibility.

Dress the part: Spectrum Home Services requires a Spectrum Logo shirt (provided), clean work pants and gym shoes or boots.

Reliable Transportation: Laborers will be assigned homes at various addresses in the Scottsdale/Fountain Hills/Rio Verde/Paradise Valley areas. Each  will be responsible for arriving at the assigned job on time and ready with supplies required.
