JOB SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for preparing guest orders and assisting Store Manager in day-to-day basic operations.  Line Associates are also responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service to every guest, every time.

 Essential Duties

• Thorough understanding of products, company history, and flavor descriptions
• Maintain cup, spoon, and mini cooler supply levels for daily operations
• Ensure proper cleanliness of work and food storage spaces
• Breakdown and prepare food for proper storage at the end of the shift and clean work station.
• Greet all guests with a friendly, professional, and audible greeting.
• Work part-time schedule including weekends and holidays

No Experience Necessary 

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving guests.  We will teach you everything else you need to know.  Every new hire receives extensive training in customer service and food safety.
