The Baker must take excellent care of the guest, providing them with fresh baked products daily. This position makes fresh Fuddruckers goods such as fresh baked bread, buns, cookies, brownies, etc. In addition to the baked goods this position also makes milk shakes and ice cream treats for the guest.

- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. For those in direct contact with the guest communication skills must be excellent.

- Ability to handle stress appropriately.
- Activities include, but are not limited to, walking/standing for 6-8 hours at a time, reaching, stooping, carrying, talking etc.
