Tech Support Help Desk (Oracle)

Location: Blacklick, OH (East Columbus)

Pay Rate: $13.75 - $15.00/ hour

Hours: 8am - 7pm (M-F), Possible weekends

Dress Code: Business Casual


Oracle and OKS knowledge required


Job Description:

• Representative would be trained to fully support 3 activation systems end-toend process as approved by leadership based on business needs
• Creates accounts and notifies customers of licensing availability with SFDC
• Updates Oracle OKS contracts with end-user information and start dates to activate order for invoicing
• Oracle and OKS knowledge required meeting production goals
• Provide customer support regarding account set-up and license use inquiries
• Identify renewal/expansion/software issues  escalate to appropriate area
• Troubleshoot and respond to customer queries about registration, licensing, account expiration dates, and additional services
• Maintain/develop process flows for new/existing products as assigned, participates in testing on new systems, applications.

Qualifications:
-Must be authorized to work in the United States
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
-Must be willing to take a 10 panel drug test
-High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors or Associates preferred)
-Must have a good work history
-Will be required to take testing for this position!!!!
