General Managers are responsible for all daily operations of their locations, including: customer service, financial operations, staff hiring, scheduling, supervision, maintenance, inventory operations, community relations and much more. Successful General Manager candidates display outstanding communication skills, computer literacy, weekend and holiday availability and late hours, are experienced in handling financial and logistical operations, are able to learn quickly, and are willing to possibly relocate.

General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of salaried management experience (preferably in the F&B industry) leading teams in excess of 50 total employees.
• Experience and knowledge of overseeing budget
• Oversee 2 million dollars annual revenue, manage all P&L
