LINE COOK - Job Requirement/Responsibilities:
* Cleanliness, efficiency and the ability to make food taste really good are must haves.
* 3-5 years minimum line cooking experience.
* Food handler certificate.
* Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and standards while maintaining a neat, clean and safe work environment.
* Visually inspects all foods sent from kitchen to make sure plates are clean and appetizing.
* Ability to work in a team effort and meet timely deadlines.
* Ability to operate various kitchen equipment.
* Working knowledge of storerooms and coolers.
* Conscientious of quality and cleanliness standards.
* Punctuality and dependability
* Ability to take direction, criticism, and instruction well
* Organizational skills
* Ability to complete tedious, repetitive tasks over a long period of time
* Flexible schedule - AM/PM/Weekends/Holidays a must!
