The growing teams at Chick-fil-A of Seneca and Chick-fil-A of Clemson are looking for individuals who are driven, energetic, and servant minded to participate in our leadership development program. This is a great opportunity to work in a locally owned company while developing leadership skills that will serve you well in any future position.
This position requires a minimum two year commitment. You will learn what it takes to own and operate your own business while gaining experience in growing sales, managing labor, profit and food cost. You will have the opportunity to plan, project, and execute strategic plans.
The first three to six months will be a development period where all aspects of the business will be learned with the end goal being for the candidate to transition onto our leadership team. This development period will include learning the kitchen and front counter operations and working alongside store directors in the areas of inventory, human resources, and scheduling, etc. This is a fast paced environment where the ability to work under pressure is imperative. Our desired candidate will have strong communication skills and a guest first mentality.
We are currently hiring for day and night shifts.
Job Requirements:
1. Able to open and/or close the restaurant
2. Teachable spirit
3. Ability to organize and manage priorities
4. Self-starter, goal oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Leadership experience – sports team, small group, work, church, etc.
2. Entrepreneurial spirit
3. Chick-fil-A experience preferred but not required
