SYKES Home Powered by Alpine Access Inc. is now hiring for a Work from Home Call Center Professional (CCP) who can provide top-notch virtual customer service. As an SYKES Home Powered by Alpine Access employee—not a contractor—you’ll experience a different kind of job, working from the comfort of your own home office. Because of our many clients, we can offer a wide variety of calls that you might find exciting: Customer Service, Account Management, Technical Support, Billing/Collections, and Inbound Sales.
- Answer back to back calls and resolving issues
- Communicate clearly and empathetically in both positive and negative situations
- Multi-task while on the phone – resolve the issue while maintaining a short call time
- Maintain empathy and professionalism - Do you hear someone’s situation and are able to put yourself in their shoes? Are you able to be the voice of the company while staying calm in escalated customer situations?
- Resilience - when you get stressed, are you able to maintain your neutral point of view? Do you stay calm under pressure?
- Willing and able to regularly work weekends
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, Strong ability to multi task, Positive and professional attitude
