We offer the speed of quick service and the quality of a casual family dining restaurant. Our menu consists of a variety of high-quality deli sandwiches, extra-large baked potatoes, soups, salads, desserts and our famous iced tea. There is minimal cooking and we do not use stoves, mixers, or fryers so when you leave the kitchen, you don't smell like an order of fries.

Job Requirements:

Cashier, Customer Service, or Deli experience helpful. All team members are required to cross train for multiple positions.

Much is expected of server bussers in the way of product knowledge and ability to interact and build relationships! If you feel you have what it takes please continue.

Server Bussers are able to:

Serve beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards.

Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.

Provide the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Report to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.

Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.

Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.

Perform duties as assigned.

Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information.

Constantly increase knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.

Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.

Prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards.

Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Must be able to purchase an employee shirt upon hiring.

Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.

Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule.
