Manager
- Main point of leadership and contact for the location.
- Manage work orders and repair activities of 1-3 techs
- Track and Monitor store parts inventory levels, sales, and place PO orders.
- Effectively greet, troubleshoot and deal with customers problems.
- Generate store leads by visiting other wireless carriers and participate in other store marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Minimum High School Diploma, and 2 years of college or work experience in a customer service retail position.
- Prior store management experience (highly desirable, but not required)
- Prior cell phone, computer or game system experience, required
- Be willing to submit to a criminal background check
