Job Description

Manage store operations and are responsible for financial results. Develop, coach and train employees as they work side-by-side. Responsible for the quality of customer service and products inside the parlor.

As a Manager you will be responsible of a range of tasks including full financial accountability for the restaurant where you will work closely with the Operations Team and Business Management in addition to extensive people development, training and mentoring, you need to enjoy working with a large enthusiastic team.

Your role will be to uphold the Company's vision, not only in terms of quality and hygiene assurance but also to deliver results in a role you feel passionately about.

You will ideally have at least 5 years plus experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant. You will certainly have experience in managing a high number of hungry and energetic individual's in addition to having excellent communications skills in English which are accompanied by strong computer knowledge
