Prep Cook
Prepares required food items so that they may later be cooked or further combined in recipes for our menu items.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Slices, dices and otherwise prepares food items in preparation for combining into recipes.
Keeps work area clean and sanitary.
Maintains standards of food safety.
Other tasks and responsibilities as designated by management.
