ECommerce Retailer Seeks Online Operations and Store Manager - Canfield OHIO - Full-time

E-Commerce Retailer Burke Decor is expanding to a physical location in Canfield, OH. We are currently seeking an experienced retail management professional to oversee all operations of brick and mortar and online operations.

Key Areas of Responsibility include:
Oversee all order management and fulfillment channels.
Lead customer service team to perform at a level of excellence, involving all CSR communications channels.
Act as a liaison and key point person between vendors and Company.
Assist with store management, website management, inventory management and product catalog updates.
Assist in growing margins by increasing efficiencies and growing business into other channels.
Manage entire staff's scheduling, project deadlines and oversee that fiscal objectives are met.
Assist with budgeting, maximizing profit opportunities, quoting high profile projects, bookkeeping and producing P&Ls.
Assist with customer service, telephones, shipping and day-to-day operations.
Assist with floor sales.


Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School or equivalent. Bachelor of Science in business, marketing or accounting is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternate.
3 plus years prior professional experience with a retail and or E-commerce and/or catalog or retail company desired.
Valid driver's license.
Good people management skills, communication and listening skills. Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
Must be internally motivated and detail-oriented and have a passion for teaching others.
Must exhibit a positive attitude and dedication to customer service.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
