The Busser is responsible for the bussing, clearing, and re-setting of all tables according to Company standards. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, assisting guests as needed, and consistently communicating with servers to ensure a positive dining experience for guests. The Busser directly reports to the FOH Manager or Manager on Duty.
