Part-time Employment Opportunity in Northwest ISD

Champions, a division of Knowledge Universe, is looking to hire self motivated, flexible, and energetic Site Directors and Site Assistants to work in a creative and hands-on school-age environment. Champions offers all staff the opportunity to work with children in a dynamic, supportive, and fun environment.

The Site Director position requires an applicant with one year of childcare experience minimum. Salary range: $10 - $12 /hr.

This position is responsible for:

• planning and implementation of the curriculum
• communicating with parents and school personnel
• recruiting new students to program
• maintaining a safe and fun classroom environment
• supervising children and staff
• record keeping
• ensuring that program meets all licensing requirements

The Site Assistant position requires an applicant with at least 6 months of childcare experience and a high school diploma / GED or higher education. Salary range: $8-$10/hr.

This position is responsible for:

• assisting with daily planning and implementation of curriculum
• communicating with parents and school personnel as appropriate
• supervising children in a safe and fun environment   
• recruiting new students to the program

Work Schedule 

All of our positions are part-time, averaging 20 hours per week. A typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm. The end time may vary.
