Retail Shift Leaders
As a Retail Shift Leader you will serve to support the Retail Managers to keep shift operations running smoothly. You will also assist the Retail Manager in coaching and developing other retail employees in driving guest service. You will assume all duties of the cashier for periods of time on a daily basis and must be able to use a Cracker Barrel provided register.
