Kum & Go is currently hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager. 
 

The Restuarant Shift Manager provides operational Support to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Shift Manager your primary responsibility is to provide an Ideal Customer Experience (ICE) to our customers. You will play an active role in managing the restaurant. You will assist the Manager in Shift Control, maintaining cleanliness, profitability, directing Associates, and executing excellent service. Your work will be supervised and directed by the QSR Manager. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, and all paperwork and accounting duties for those shifts. You must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Education:

• High School Graduate or GED

Physical requirements:

• Lift 20 pounds or more.
• Stand for 4-8 hours a day.
• Ability to clean, sweep, mop, and complete dishwashing task as necessary.
