Estimator & Customer Service Representative

Molly Maid of Southeast Dayton is seeking to fill a Estimator and Customer Service position.

Applicant would be responsible for promoting and developing relationships with existing and new customer accounts. Other responsibilities include performing estimates in customer homes, strong ability to close and increase business, initiatingnew business prospects and daily local travel in company vehicle.

Requirements:

• Excellence in initiating customer contact, prospecting and relationship development
• Respond to inbound phone and web inquiries to sell our services to thepotential customers in a courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner
• Self motivated, ability to work independently and being able to domulti-tasking
• Organized, strong attention to detail, excellent follow through
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer Savy and knowledge of MSWord and MS Excel required
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license with excellentdriving record
• Clean criminal background
• This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings Saturday's as required.
