On average, each person in America eats 46 slices of pizza per year (source: Packaged Facts, New York), and not all of those cheese-laden crusts are fresh from the pizzeria.
Leftover pizza is practically its own food group, and though we’ve certainly had our share of cold cheese and tough crusts, this guy has a pretty simple method for reheating pizza that he claims is even more delicious than freshly delivered pizza.
I’m going to give this a shot and report back just as soon as I can get my hands on some leftovers – if you’ve tried it out or have a different favorite way to dress up your days old pizza share it in the comments below!
