The Host works as part of the Joe’s team to greet and seat our guests. The Host works to keep flow of the restaurant at a steady pace by directing guests to tables and the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team members in creating the Perfect Joe’s Experience for every guest, every time
- Greet guests immediately with a smile.
- Accurately quote wait times.
- Create lasting and great first and last impressions for guests.
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls cheerfully within three rings.
- Assist team members when needed.
- Maintain a spotlessly clean and safe work environment.
- Know all food and retail products offered.
- Participate in Concept when possible.
- Assist guests in the retail area.
- Organize retail area.
Qualifications:
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
- Must have physical abilities to carry out functions of the job description.
- Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions.

Job Description
The Line Cook position works as part of the Joe’s team to prepare, season, and cook food products. Line Cooks are also responsible for a spotlessly clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team members in creating the Perfect Joe’s Experience for every guest, every time
- Follow plate specs and recipes to prepare and cook soups, meats, seafood, sauces, vegetables, desserts, and other food products.
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
- Maintain clean workspace.
- Follow daily cleaning calendar tasks.
- Show a sense of urgency by following time guidelines.
- Assist team members when needed.

- Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
- Must know all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail offered.
- Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide guests.
- Participate in Concept.

- Deliver food and beverages to any table or the bar as needed.
