Servers
Job Purpose
To take orders for food and beverages at tables, serve orders taken, take payments in a timely accurate, friendly and courteous manner while maintaining the highest standard of quality service.
Job Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from an assigned number of tables or area. Enter orders into the Micros System. Serve the orders taken.
- Continually provide quality service to each table during meal, take payment and make change accordingly.
- Perform a variety of duties, including pre-bus tables, sidework and running food as needed.
- Maintain possession of sales receipts, (cash, checks, charges) until appropriately accounting for sales at the end of the shift in the presence of a manager/shift supervisor.
- Refrain from serving alcohol to a minor or intoxicated guest.
- Personal appearance to meet company standards and policy, displaying professionalism at all times.
- Ensure all Sanitation, Safety and Security Policies and Procedures are recognized an enforced, to ensure a safe environment for all.

Job Purpose
To keep the dishes clean and ready for use through a continuous work flow. Maintain at all times cleanliness of the interior and exterior of property.
Job Functions
- Prepare dishes and utensils for cleaning and operate necessary equipment for cleaning.
- Return clean dishes to appropriate area.
- Perform a variety of food preparation duties as needed.
- Maintain clean work area by assuring trash and beverage buckets are emptied into the appropriate receptacles.
- Maintenance of exterior of property including but not limited to sweeping parking lot and sidewalks, picking up litter, washing windows, etc.
- Maintenance of interior of property including but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning of restrooms, booths, tables, chairs, dusting fixtures, etc.
- Personal appearance to meet company standards and policy, displaying professionalism at all times.
