Back of House Team Member
The responsibility of a BOH Team Member is to contribute to the overall satisfaction of each and every guest in any way possible. Primary duties would be to prepare and expedite specific menu items while ensuring quality, cleanliness, and freshness. This position also needs to maintain guest sensitivity, restocking, sanitation, uniform, safety, security, and company policy requirements.
Dining Room Server
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to retain menu item information, meet basic math and reading requirements, have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, uphold professional working relationships with other Associates and maintain composure while under stress.
Grill Associate
As a Grill Associate, you will mainly be responsible for:
- Preparing STEAKBURGER sandwiches, melts, and all other grill products
- Sending the prepared products to the Expeditor
- Assist with sandwich/salad prep to fulfill catering orders
- WorMaintaining a friendly and hospitable manner
