Carquest Customer Service Teammate
The Customer Service Teammate will provide excellent customer service as well as utilize the store computer electronic cataloging and store paper cataloging systems, pull items from stock as well as enter billing and credit invoices.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of automotive systems, including charging systems, electrical, fuel, cooling, drive line, etc.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale and electronic Cataloging systems
- Understanding of cataloging index system
- Ability to read Mfg automotive components paper cataloging system
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
- Basic Computer skills
- Background Check
- Drug Screen (U.S. positions only)
- A High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1 year Automotive Aftermarket experience

Carquest Customer Service Delivery Teammate
The Customer Service Delivery Teammate will use a company vehicle to deliver parts and equipment to customers in a safe and courteous manner. The representative will maintain store retail display area to include: pricing, fronting shelves and building displays. The position will also receive, check in incoming freight as well as stock and re-stock shelves with parts shipments received.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driving license and a good driving record
- Good defensive driving skills
- Good organization, time-management and communication skills
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
- Basic Computer skills
- Background Check
- Drug Screen (U.S. positions only)
- A High School Diploma/GED
- General knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket functions and purpose

Carquest Store Manager
The Store Manager manages the day to day operations of the store to include managing store assets including cash, inventory, vehicles, furniture and fixtures. Other duties include hiring, training and developing a professional staff of associates while delivering superior customer service.
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driving license and a good driving record
- Good organization and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of automotive systems
- Basic Computer skills
- Background Check
- Drug Screen (U.S. positions only)
- A High School Diploma/GED
- Associates Degree in Business Management is a plus
- Vocational Automotive Training is a plus
- Three years experience working in the Automotive Aftermarket
