Technicians
Goodyear Auto Service Centers are currently recruiting for a General Service Technician to work in one of our many fast paced locations throughout the United States.
The General Service Technician is responsible for being able to professionally install and repair tires, complete non-technical service and preventative maintenance while ensuring Goodyear’s high customer satisfaction levels are achieved. The General Service associate performs all tire and wheel related services while following Goodyear’s “Good to Go Policy”. In addition, the General Service associate is responsible for maintaining a customer friendly service department, showroom, exterior of building and tire racks.

Automotive Service Technicians
Goodyear Auto Service Centers are currently recruiting for ASE Certified Technicians to work in one of our many fast paced locations throughout the United States.
The ASE Certified Technician is responsible for inspection, repair and maintenance services under MAP guidelines. The ASE Certified Technician works with lube and oil filter, transmission service, alignment, computer systems diagnosis, tune-up, brake systems, steering and suspension. The ASE Certified Technician must have the ability to explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include other associates and customers.
A Goodyear ASE Certified Technician must be ready to continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology. The ASE Certified Technician will also be responsible for maintaining an organized service department.

A Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers by selling vehicle maintenance, repairs, and tires. A Customer Service Advisor creates long-term loyalty bonds with customers by providing knowledgeable friendly service and maintaining a clean, well merchandised store. The Customer Service Advisor is also responsible for driving store sales and profitability.

- One year or more of past experience in customer service sales.
