Salon Stylists
JCPenney is home to the largest department store salon chain in the country, offering the latest trends in cuts, coloring, texture and finishing services. We offer a highly regarded certification program, along with a wide range of training options, designed to enhance the skills of any salon Associate.

Stylist
As a Stylist, you will perform professional styling services for JCPenney Salon customers while building and maintaining a client base through prospecting, demonstrations, networking and consistent rebooking of all clients.
Styles hair by cutting, shaping, combing, perming, coloring and/or conditioning to meet customer needs, and performs other necessary styling tasks as directed by the Salon Supervisor/Manager.
Senior Stylist and Master Hair Stylist
In addition to requirements of a stylist, must have advanced knowledge of styling services and retail products and high level of familiarity with hair and scalp treatments.
Advanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
