Customer Service (Retail Sales Associate)
Kmart customer service representatives are responsible for consistently keeping the customer at the center of everything he/she does. Ensures basic and seasonal replenishment, merchandising and operational programs are established to improve sales and profitability in one or more department(s). Works in conjunction with the customer service coach in maintaining merchandise assortments and pricing integrity.
