Beauty Advisors
We are currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals who have a passion for cosmetics. The Cosmetic Department is one of the most vibrant, fast paced and exciting departments at Macy’s. With extensive selling and product training, our Beauty Advisors practice superior selling techniques through advanced product knowledge and OUTSTANDING customer service. Our Beauty Advisors personally assist customers in makeup and skin care selections and participate in the execution of special events/promotions to achieve personal selling and service goals. As a Beauty Advisor you will be assigned to represent one of our prestigious cosmetics lines. Your opportunities for career advancement are endless!

Retail Salesperson
As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back to Macy’s time after time. You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your fashion sense and selling strength will make you an important part of our team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to demonstrating OUTSTANDING customer service skills, meeting hourly selling and loyalty program standards, providing advanced product knowledge to our customers and working as part of a team to meet individual, department and store objectives. Based upon your results, opportunities for advancement can be endless!

Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will support My Macy’s by driving sales and selling with focus on the Macy’s customer. All activities related to presenting a clean, neat and organized shopping environment for our customers are under your direction. With training, coaching and development, a team of Associates will grow following your leadership.
