Sheetz Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for directly interacting with customers for the purpose of providing fast, friendly service. The salesperson performs all related job functions when working in the food service area or sales counter area of the store to include: preparing quality food products, ringing accurate register transactions, maintaining general appearance and cleanliness of store premises. The perfect fit for our Sheetz team would be someone that is people oriented, self motivated, dependable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus.

Sheetz Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising employee's performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner. In addition, the Shift Supervisor should possess the ability to proactively serve the customer's needs.

Other job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: merchandising, record keeping, maintaining a safe and secure environment, training and developing team members, preparation of quality food products, ringing accurate transactions and maintaining the general appearance and cleanliness of the store premises. The perfect fit for our Sheetz team would be self-motivated, dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus!!!

Sheetz Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for profitably leading the day-to-day operations of the assigned store in the absence of the Store Manager and to otherwise assist the Store Manager as requested. Managerial responsibilities of the Assistant Manager shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to the following: leading the Customer First Culture in the assigned store, encourage ongoing open communication, feedback, and follow-up as necessary, develop and maintain fully staffed stores with fully trained management team members and sales associates, comply with Sheetz programs, policies, and procedures as well as regulatory requirements, monitor and analyze business processes and results to profitably achieve store goals., observe and document employee job performance against mission critical goals and provide to the Store Manager, and delegate tasks and follow up as necessary. The perfect fit for our Sheetz team would assist Store Management in creating a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect. Additionally, they would be self-motivated, dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required. A two-year degree in business related field preferred. Successful completion of certification testing as needed.

Experience

One-year experience supervising others preferred. One years experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operations preferred.
