Cake Decorator
Prepares product for display cases, which includes cakes, pies, cupcakes, decorated cookies, and novelty items. Operates and maintains mixer, oven, air brush, and Kopy Kake projector. Takes and fills orders. Reduces the price of all short-dated and distressed merchandise and records loss. Understands use of tare and portion control. Mixes icing and coordinates colors. Dates and prices all case items with price guns. Cleans and sanitizes equipment, utensils, and work area. Understands quality standards and shelf life. Performs all items outlined in the Deli/Bakery Associate's job description as needed.

Market Associate
The Market Sales Manager is the only associate with direct daily responsibility over the Meat Department and is often the only associate in the Meat Department for long time periods. Proper performance of the duties and responsibilities of this position contributes to and ensures achievement of proper Meat Market conditions. Serves as a role model for customer service and other vital behaviors, and instills this value to all associates.

Customer Service Sales Manager
Manages store Front End. Directly responsible for supervision of Assistant Customer Service Sales Manager, Sales Associate, Service Associate, Front End Sales Assistant, Assistant Customer Service Sales Mastery Trainer and Service Center Associate.

Manages operation of assigned store and is responsible for providing direction and instruction to all store associates in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Assistant Customer Service Sales Manager
The Assistant Customer Service Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the store team to build sales and achieve sales goals. The Assistant Customer Service & Sales Manager is also responsible for maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual, proper completion and maintenance of all store office functions, and the training of Front End Sales Assistants on customer service procedures and sales office accountability. The Assistant Customer Service and Sales Manager oversees the work of Front End Sales Assistants, Sales Associates, and Service Associates as delegated by the Customer Service and Sales Manager.

Grocery Associate/Stocker
Provide quality customer service to our customers through ensuring shelves are adequately stocked in the Grocery Department. Proper performance of the duties and responsibilities of this position contributes to and ensures achievement of proper Grocery conditions. Maximizes sales through excellent customer service.
