Aaron’s Manager Trainee
Basic Function
Assisting the Customer Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal.
Reporting
Reports directly to the Customer Accounts Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
- Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s)
- Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Certification Zone for all items personally returned
- Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
- Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system
- Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by GM
- Perform responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Safely operates company vehicle
- Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
- Maintain updated customer information
Qualifications
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Good organizational skills
- Neatly groomed appearance
- Good driving skills

Aaron’s Delivery Driver
Basic Function
This position is responsible for merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating. Reviewing lease agreements is also occasionally required.
Reporting
Reports directly to the General Manager (or Sales Manager with GM direction)
Primary Responsibilities
- The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
- Verify correct product and accessories for delivery or return
- Ensure that all merchandise is clean and in operating condition prior to delivery
- Review necessary information sheets
- Load, secure and protect product in delivery vehicle
- Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise
- Ensure that delivery schedule is followed
- Deliver merchandise to customers’ homes and businesses-without additional damage
- Assist with merchandise returns-load and service product in vehicle
- Perform routine service calls and product exchanges
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Certification Zone for all items personally returned
- Maintaining the store’s warehouse in a neat and orderly manner
- Assist in maintaining the showroom floor as per company guidelines
- Safely operate delivery vehicle
- Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets
- Conduct daily inspection of assigned delivery vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance guidelines are met
- Confirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customers’ signature on lease agreements
- Assist in field marketing programs as requested by store management
- Deliver prescribed company advertisements/flyers when in field (5 up 5 down)
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds
- Neatly groomed appearance
- Good communication skills
- Strong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic products
- Good driving skills

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Manager
Manages the Customer Accounts Department, which is responsible for the renewal payment process. Responsible for achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages.
Reporting
Reports directly to the General Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
- Monitor and recommend payment frequency changes to the General Manager
- Immediate contact of all customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s)
- Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
- Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system
- Monitor the accuracy of customer classifications according to customer payment history and habits
- Payment frequency changes to General Manager based on customer payment history
- Maintain updated accurate customer information
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Certification Zone for all items personally returned
- Complete and maintain weekly truck maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
- Supervise, develop and schedule the activities of Accounts Advisers
- Recommend the use of extensions and rebuilds to the General Manager for endorsement
- Confirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customers’ signature on lease agreements CAM is second up on this process
- First up to help set and achieve renewal goals
- Update goal board daily
- Facilitate non-renewal returns authorized by GM
- Review and close lease agreements with customers as 2nd up
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds
- All skills necessary to effectively perform all functions in the store
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
