Bass Pro Shops Service Technician
Position will perform service and warranty repairs on boats, motors and trailers, in addition to installing accessory items as needed. Work is performed both inside and outside. Service Techs are required to attend technical training to improve proficiency and quality of work and to maintain knowledge of current techniques for painting, decal application and fiberglass repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to and in excess of 50 pounds is required. Must have own tools. Experience with marine service and warranty repairs is required.
Bass Pro Shops Boat Sales Associate
Position will greet all potential customers to determine their boating needs and to present all necessary information to help the customer in their boat buying decision. Additional responsibilities include entering new customer information into the IDS computer system, writing up all deals, maintaining current product knowledge, ensuring showroom floor is clean with sale signs properly displayed, answering all sales calls, maintaining follow-up routine for sales leads and ensuring customers are completely satisfied with their boat buying experience. Previous boat or car sales experience required.
Bass Pro Shops Hunting Department Associate
Must be detailed oriented and customer service focused. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holiday, night and weekend hours. Knowledge of hunting (Firearm and Archery) merchandising is a plus. Performs customer service activities, stock and merchandising duties, provides information and direction to customers. Retail experience in firearms is desirable.
Bass Pro Shops Fishing Department Associate
This position is responsible for meeting with potential customers to determine their fishing needs and to provide all necessary information to assist customers in making informed buying decisions. Other responsibilities include ensuring total customer satisfaction, remaining current on product information and helping to maintain floor presentation standards. Bass Pro Shops Stocking Associate
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our stocking team. This position is responsible for stocking merchandise on the sales floor, maintaining bulk stock, assembling and removing floor fixtures, keeping the stock area clean and assisting customers with package pick up.
Must have early morning availability; previous retail stocking experience and knowledge of the outdoors is a plus. This position requires early morning, holiday and weekend availability.
