Ulta Cashier
We are currently seeking Cashiers for our ULTA store!
As a Cashier, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through assisting guests in the purchase of merchandise, while following all company policies and procedures. You may also be assigned to the selling floor or to tasking activities based upon the needs of a particular store.
Duties of this position will include:
- Acknowledging and greets all Guests and offers friendly, prompt, and courteous service.
- Handles sales, refunds and exchanges courteously. Ensures that the correct price, tax and/or discount are applied correctly to each sale.
- Informs Guests of current promotions, events, and services within the store.
- Anticipates the Guests' needs and answers questions concerning location, price, product features and benefits.
- Meets or exceeds all individual sales and productivity goals.
- Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales and promotional events. Ensures compliance with established merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Ulta Hair Stylist
We are currently seeking Hair Stylists for our ULTA store!
Under direct supervision, the Hair Stylist consults with customers on their hair needs, recommends professional hair care services and products. Also delivers quality technical service with emphasis on the customer's total look. Responsible for building a request client base through referrals and utilizing promotional materials available, while following all company policies and procedures.
Duties of this position will include:
- Acknowledges and greets all Guests and offers friendly, prompt, and courteous service.
- Utilizes product prescriptions sheets to prescribe professional salon products to all salon guests.
- Meets or exceeds all individual sales and productivity goals.
- Attends all ULTA mandatory educations events and workshops.
- Assists in store duties (e.g., filling and Salon retail displays and shelves.)
- Adheres to ULTA Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness.
- Adheres to salon dress code, changing hair color and style frequently.

Ulta Merchandise Manager
We are currently seeking Merchandise Managers for our ULTA store!
The Merchandise Manager manages company directed product categories in order to meet or exceed established budgeted sales, expenses, productivity and profit goals, inclusive of the salon. Responsible for training and developing a competent task team that promotes quality Guest Services, product knowledge and operating standards. Manages task team and reports to Assistant Manager.
Duties of this position will include:
- Assists Operations Manager with daily store replenishment, merchandise flexing process, Key Corporate Communication execution, store cleanliness standards including trash removal, physical inventory preparations, and merchandising and visual standards.
- Assists with the promotion and development of ULTA sales and loyalty programs to meet or exceed goals.
- Trains and performance manages the task team.
- Leads load processing to deliver at productivity goals.
- Manages backroom roll around and bunkers.
- Leads the Out Of Stocks, cycle counts, Return To Vendor, Return To DC, product break ups, and Destroy In Field processes.
- Accountable for consistent in-stock position.
- Accountable for Audit Loss Prevention section and meeting On Target standards.
- Assists with and may be responsible for open and close procedures, as needed.
- Ensures all company policies, standards and procedures are maintained and followed in a consistent manner.
