I was hired by Home Depot as a cashier through Snagajob. I worked 40-hour work weeks while being one of the top 15 front-end cashiers, as well as going to school full time. After my first three months, I transferred out of the front-end and moved to Specialty, where I am currently closing Special Order Quotes. After five and a half months, my supervisors sent me to Department Supervisor Training. I was flattered and honored, and now prepared to become a Home Depot D.S. In my D.S. training, I was the only associate who has been there less than one year, and was also under the age of 21. I would just like to thank you for your services. I got the job at Boston Market as a catering delivery driver. I started today the 8th of June. I really enjoy the atmosphere. After I was laid off from the school where I was a substitute teacher, I decided to sign up with Snagajob. I began receiving emails from employers in my area immediately. I became a member of Snagajob and filled out the application. I followed up with Home Instead and a week later we set up an interview. What seemed like a great fit turned to be just that. After training and proper vetting I received my first assignment. So my advice is to join in on Snagajob Create a profile to screen their employer offers to match your talents and needs. I got a job! I looked for quite a while trying to find a job. The search was absolutely fruitless. Then, out of the blue, a random Dept. of Labor job actually paid off and I got a job selling shoes. It wasn't the job that I wanted, and I had never worked in sales, but it was work. About a month into my job, I was contacted by JCPenney. I had applied to there and many other stores on Snagajob, and surprisingly enough, JCPenney was interested. I was brought in for an interview, and I didn't hear anything for days... I lost hope in the job. About a week and a half later, I got another call to come in again, only this time to meet with the store manager! I came in, met him, he was very friendly, and he said that he liked my attitude and thought I would be a terrific fit for JCPenney.
The day after Easter, another half a week or so, I got a call back and they offered me a salary figure - I would be making almost a dollar an hour more than what I was making just selling shoes, plus I was told that with my college background, I had the potential to move up, something my old job didn't offer. I put in my two weeks' notice yesterday at the shoe store, and the coolest thing of all is that I have to drive two hundred feet more to get to JCPenney than my old job, so gas wouldn't be any extra.
Thank you Snagajob, because without you, I wouldn't have gotten this job that offers so much more than what my old job did. The process on your site is simple and easy to use, and once I got over to the JCPenney site to finish the application process, it wasn't hard at all either. I wanted you all to know I was blessed with getting a fantastic, honorable job on Snagajob. I was placed with a client soon after I had put my resume into Snagajob to ComForcare Senior Home Services. I've been looking for work for over 6 months and was getting desperate. The people at Kohl's, Pleasant Hill, California, are the absolute nicest, caring, courteous people with whom I have ever worked. Their training of new employees is detailed, easy and fun to learn! Kohl's also uses buddy-training where you work with another employee so you are able to ask your questions immediately and get answers. My buddies are very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. They do not get frustrated with any question(s) asked and the same is true if you happen to forget something and ask the same question(s) more than once. Kohl's is a fantastic company!

I did not know you all existed until I saw a lady next to me in the library using your website. My time was up at the library since they only allow a certain amount of time to use the PCs. I came in the next day and logged into Snagajob website and I absolutely loved it. I’m not the savviest bull riding cowgirl when it comes to computers but this website is “sick” ( which means cool). You have something here and when I go to my interview for UPS I will have that part-time job.
