As a Red Lobster Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to share your leadership. By guiding your crew members every step of the way, you’ll steer our ship in the right direction and help ensure our phenomenal success.

Whether they’re in the kitchen or in the dining room, our Hourly Crew Members have the opportunity to share a bit of themselves. Our entire front of house team shares their outgoing personalities and their hospitality to make sure that every guest’s experience is the best it can be. In the kitchen, our people share their skills for creating the freshest, most flavorful food anywhere.
