Snagajob, the largest hourly employment marketplace for job seekers and employers, today announced a partnership with McLeroy Enterprises, Inc., one of the 10 largest Zaxby’s franchise groups in the country, to help move their entire hiring process online.

“We’re a growing organization and we need a hiring process that can not only keep pace, but can also deliver efficiencies to keep my managers out of the weeds,” said T.J. McLeroy, chief operations officer of McLeroy Enterprises. “Snagajob is helping us create that process.”

The franchise, which consists of 14 locations throughout Georgia, will use Snagajob’s Talent Sourcing, Hiring Manager and Onboarding + E-Verify products to recruit and hire employees while saving time, reducing paper costs and advancing Zaxby’s corporate goal of creating a paperless hiring process.

Talent Sourcing will put the franchise’s job postings in front of millions of job seekers on, where online behavioral assessments will help identify applicants who will fit within the Zaxby’s brand. Hiring Manager will help the various locations identify qualified applicants and manage the hiring process. And Onboarding + E-Verify will allow the franchise to move its entire new hire paperwork process online. Moving the process online will decrease time spent on paperwork, reduce errors and help the franchise comply with government regulations, such as E-Verify which is mandatory in Georgia.

Snagajob’s hiring suite will be used by all 13 of McLeroy Enterprises’ current locations, as well as the new Zaxby’s restaurant scheduled to open later this August.
