OAKLAND, CA — OCTOBER 23, 2017 — Snagajob, the nation’s largest marketplace for hourly work, today announced two recent additions to the company’s senior leadership team, Daama Sheepo and Neil Rongstand, both based in the company’s Oakland, CA office. Sheepo and Rongstand join an already impressive leadership team, furthering the company’s commitment to improve the lives of hourly workers and drive the #1 marketplace for hourly work.

Sheepo, the new Vice President of Engineering, comes with 20 years of experience in coding and software engineering management. He spent the last seven years at Open Table, where he led the engineering team. He helped develop cutting-edge software for restaurants’ table management systems and enforced engineering principles like test driven development and continuous integration using innovative technologies like Mesos, Docker, AngularJS and React.
Rongstand brings his proficiency in building functional infrastructure around marketing and global demand generation as the Vice President of Demand Generation. As the former Director of Digital Marketing and Global Brand Generation for Linkedin, Rongstand oversaw the global strategy, execution and performance management of acquisition marketing within LinkedIn Talent Solutions. At Snagajob, Rongstand will set the vision and strategy for demand generation projects to keep Snagajob in line with marketing, sales and revenue goals.
