- Must Be 18 Years Of Age Or Older-
- Must Have Reliable Transportation
- MUST Have Prior Experience In Office Environment; (Real Estate Field Preferred But Not Required).
- Must Have Computer Skills, Knowledge Of Internet Tools, Web Browsers & Social Media
- Must Be Proficient In Microsoft Word & Excel
- Must Have Good Communication & Customer Service Skills
- Must Have Creative Writing & Marketing Skills
- Ability To Multi-Task & Prioritize In Fast-Paced Environment w/ Minimal Supervision
- Ability To Adapt To Changes & Take On Tasks That Fall Outside Of Normal Everyday Responsibilities
- Ability To Work With Others & Take Directions
- Ability To Handle Unpredictable Work Situations With Professionalism
Job Duties:**
- Pull Expired Listings Daily, Research Public Record, Obtain Contact Info, Mail
- Sending Just Sold Cards and Other Mailings/ Marketing
- Creating Ads For Listings & Posting To Real Estate Sites, Social Media & Personal Website
- Checking Email Daily For New Leads
- Maintain & Update Client Databases (Lead Router & Customer Connect) for Drip/Email Campaign Daily
- Maintain & Enhance Agents Website, Real Estate Sites & Social Media Sites On Daily Basis
- Research On Ann Arbor MLS or Realcomp, etc. (i.e.- Pulling Listings & Sold, Searching Public Records for Necessary Information; Etc.)
- Set Up Searches for Clients On MLS (auto emails)
- Set Up Showings for Larry or Other Buyer’s Agents as Needed
- Create & Regularly Prepare All Buyer & Seller Packages & Leasing Packages As Needed.
- Prepare Other Documents as Requested
- Run Errands as Needed: (i.e.-Postage, Fed Ex, Office Supplies, Place Lockboxes & Signs At Newly Listed Homes, Pick Up Signs, Take Pictures Of Properties, Or Any Other Errand Requested, Etc.)
- Phone Follow Up with Clients As Needed
- File Documents, Create Files for Clients, Uploading All Files Into DropBox & Maintain Constant Organization
- Coordinate Open Houses: (Make Sure Dates Are Added To MLS, Zillow, Century21 Etc & Creating Highlight Sheets.
- Work Towards Closing Out Files: (i.e: Final Water Bills, Final Closing Forms, Etc.)
- Prepare Other Documents or Assist With Other Office Duties As Needed
