Cazier Enterprises is a franchisee of Subway and Costa Vida. We have 32 locations throughout Eastern Washington and Eastern Oregon. We are accepting applications for an overnight preventative maintenance worker based out of Tri-Cities, WA. The chosen candidate will perform general preventative maintenance and deep cleaning for Subway and Costa Vida restaurants.

Job Requirements
Applicants must be self motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little outside direction. Must also be able to work well as a two person team.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a drivers license with a clean record.
Prior experience is not required, but is preferred.
This position requires frequent driving to locations that are 1-3 hours outside of Tri-Cities. Driving to the locations is done on company time and with a company vehicle.
This is a full-time graveyard position. The hours can be anytime that Costa Vida and Subway are closed. The chosen candidate will have flexibility to determine start and stop work times as well as whether they prefer to work 4 or 5 days per week as long as the hours worked are while the store is closed.

This position offers a full benefits package which includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. It also offers paid time off. The 401k retirement plan is available after 1 year of service.
