Cooks must be on time as we have 3 rotating 8 hour shifts - 6a-2pm 2p-10pm, 10p-6a on 7 days a week. All cooks are properly trained with a hands on training environment. Upon completion of training, cooks will be required to cooks eggs in a stove top stove, cook various meats and sides on a flat top grill, and also cook waffles, and plate up the orders for customers. They also clean - sweep, mop, wash dishes throughout the day.
Cooks are trained to cook from a ticket and not by calling out orders. Detailed attention to cooking is a priority as this is what the guest receive, and it needs to be cooked properly.
Lifting up to 45 pounds may be required.
